Hi, I’m Lucy, a busy mom of a 7 year old, wife and business owner. I know only too well the feelings of overwhelm and burnout that our ‘normal’ lives evolve into. I felt like I was always dropping the ball, running on the hamster wheel and my head was only just above water most of the time. It felt impossible to make changes amidst the whirlwind of responsibilities and commitments.
It wasn’t until I made space and took a step back that I gained the clarity that I needed to truly spend time on the things that matter. But reaching that point requires a roadmap.
